Our patreon is more than a year old and we decided to tell you a little more about what it is, why it can be needed, what you can see and get there, and Everything.

What's it?

Patreon is a site where you can get access to a closed blog for a small donation. In some ways. The one who pays this donation is called a patron. Different types of donations are called tiers.

As of now, we have 50 patrons, 83 articles, and the following geography of visits

History

The thorny path began when we still had a little number or patrons, we made a personal gift to everyone, every month. There were sketches based on photos in our style, and Christmas' chibi, and characters in the style of great artists, and something else.

But from a certain point on, it became too time-consuming, so we moved from personal gifts to one monthly art. We offered several topics and all the characters to choose from. So every month there was a certain randomness.

But even this did not completely satisfy us. Therefore, we came up with a way to make sure that our patrons directly affect the game and thanks to their help, new content appears in the game. And we did not waste time on something that will not be included in the release as a result.

What is there?

So, we have come to the current form and schedule of posts, which we try to adhere to:

~5th <wtf>date of the month </wtf>— we post a monthly art and launch a survey for the next one

~15th date of the month — post-surprise, and also here the voting for the monthly art ends and we announce the results

~25th date of the month — post about BTS

Monthly art

Having compiled a list of arts for the game, we have divided them into 2 large groups: those that must be in the game. And those that we would like to see in the game. So we give our patrons a choice from the second list.

As mentioned above: voting starts at the beginning of the month, ends in the middle, and the art itself appears at the beginning of the next month at the same time as the next vote.

Here is an example of such a survey, in which, by the way, 1st option won. It has already been drawn and the patrons have already seen it :P

Post-surprise

There is no exact topic here, just not to get bored.

BTS-post

Here we write what is happening behind the scenes. So far, there have been mostly posts with step-by-step rendering of art. But more recently, we've started adding other interesting things, for example, we've shown what the melody requirements for our composer look like.

What exactly is not there?

NSFW (i.e. adult) content. Neither now, nor up to the release date, we do not plan to change this.

Tiers

DegraThanks ($1) - We previously promised to add a mention of you to the credits section for any amount of donation. So $1 is the minimum that patreon offers. And all types of posts in the entire history are available for patrons on this tier, except for voting for the monthly art. We don't restrict them in any way anymore. And this may seem unfair: after all, the patron who paid $1 a year ago and now will receive a different amount of content. However, we would not want to turn patreon into a store where certain products can be available for a certain amount. We position patreon as a place where people can support us, and for this support, get access to what is not available for free.

DegraNewbie ($5) — All the same as in DegraThanks + access to the survey for monthly art.

Conclusion

We try not to ask you for money for nothing, but always try to offer something in return to the best of our abilities. It's fair.

Sometimes, we still put the materials from patreon on public access. But there are some things we won't put out anywhere else, ever. This something will only be available on patreon.
